The Hong Siew Noodle was something similar to a Taiwanese Beef Noodles (except that its plant-based dish)... the broth packed an in-depth of flavors with a mild spicy touch. The Radish was beautifully braised with a clean, discernible sweetness. The noodle choice was thick Vermicelli Noodles... which we thought the combo was not too shabby; the portion could be larger though
