Information & Tips about Ah Kau Cafe?
Unusually unusual…Fried kway teow (flat rice noodles), wet (with sauce/gravy)
I tried it and was glad to find that it was very nice. It had that much coveted wok hei fragrance and the guy was very generous with the added ingredients…unlike elsewhere where you will get bits of meat and green vegetables hardly visible to the naked eye for that same amount of money.
Heard ’em say…The fried noodles came…and boy, I certainly was impressed. That looked really good with not only the liver but there were intestines too and a number of slices of char siew (barbecued pork) and everything else for only RM6.00, their special
Looking for something…Their kampua noodles (RM3.00)…which I thought was just so-so, nice but not anything to get excited about plus I think there are some cheaper ones elsewhere.
