If I am not wrong, the new a la carte menu by Executive Chef Thibault Chiumenti is to bring things back to basic, showcasing the rich and familiar flavours of traditional French cuisine with culinary finesse.
卖相吸睛的鞑靼牛肉Tartare de Bœuf au Couteau($42)也是传统法国菜,师傅以手切牛肉取代一般的牛肉碎,口感更佳。
Aside from their a la carte offerings, Brasserie Les Saveurs is the hotel’s breakfast venue and also serves afternoon tea and Champagne Sunday brunch.
You can expect top-notch service here. The most high class hotel restaurant in Singapore! But I still see quite a few people wearing T-shirt with bermudas, which doesn't suit the "atas" ambience here.
Taste-wise the food isn't the greatest, but in our opinions the ambience more than makes up for it; and this might be our default afternoon tea spot for now whenever we're in the mood to splurge a little!
The Opera Cake is bold in flavour, with sweet roasted coffee and chocolate notes.
Overall, a satisfying almost three-hour lunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs. The appetisers and main courses were not bad but were below what we were expecting from this highly-rated restaurant.
