They recommended us to try this Mango and Jalapeno sausage. It’s mixed with pork meat and encased in a really crunchy casing..just the way we love it! I love the flavour combination very much! I wanted to order this at first but my skeptic self (as usual) went for a safer combo.

BRATS @ Paramount Garden
To credit where it’s due, the minimalistic, warehouse-finished interior design and the effort to place some greenery in the restaurant is well done. The food is probably good enough to satisfy hotdog cravings but, however, nowhere near enough to knocking your socks off.

The sausages prove juicy & easy to enjoy - two of us easily finished five hot dogs (though we likely left behind some bread). Note however that the infusion of elements like cinnamon may turn out to be more subtle than expected, supplying nuanced dimensions of flavour instead of knock-out dynamics. There's potential for slow-burning pleasure, but probably no fireworks.
