Didn't taste bad if you didn't compare them to the ones that one can get in restaurants.
It was actually pretty good eating. The rice tasted very much like chicken rice which was a bonus.
The paper-thin skin was crispy and surprisingly not greasy, unlike the other roasted ducks that I had tasted, it is good to eat on its own and even without the accompanying chili sauce.
With high ambitions to earn the much coveted Michelin Star, I say all the quack luck Duck Master! One can only hope against hope they do not earn the accolade else it would mean taking queue numbers for collection later in the week!
still, it was pretty good.
