New Restaurants for June 2022 - The Coconut Club @ Beach Road, Restaurant Born by Chef Zor Tan @ Jinrikisha Station, PS.Cafe Katong
grand hyatt takeaway review
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Singapore.
We had the Australian Lamb Rogan Josh, Beef Cheese Burger, Sambal Sustainable Fish Fillet and Butter Chicken. The food survived the journey well, apart from anything that is deep-fried as no ventilation holes are provided in the takeaway containers.
在我逗留的短短几天里,我还收到了这个可爱的毛巾兔子和两张的感谢卡,酒店的服务人员真的很贴心,让像我这样远离家的人感受到温暖,赞!下次来再住这里 :)
With so many different dining options, there is definitely no reason not to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Grand Hyatt Singapore.
Great for both business and pleasure, the property is perhaps one of the most compelling “integrated” hotels in the country. It mixes a strong F&B foundation along with the chain’s service culture as well as topnotch rooms.
The food quality at the Straits Kitchen are easily above average, considering this is a hotel's buffet dinner. Strongly recommended for travellers who are short of time (or courage :D) to visit the hawkers stall.
If you are looking for a luxurious getaway from the city life or a romantic one with your partner, consider the Grand Hyatt Singapore. This is the perfect staycation experience if you have a little bit more to spend. Room rates are not particular cheap but the Grand Hyatt Singapore experience is one that everyone needs to experience at least once in their lives.
That’s largely because everything about the hotel is certainly fine — the upgrades, the club lounge, the property itself — and because it’s not obvious there’s any hotel that is going to be substantially better without also being at a materially higher price point.
The restaurant is located at the basement of the hotel along Scott’s Road. You need to go down the staircase upon reaching the hotel lobby. It feels like walking down into a cellar.
Their starters and desserts were the highlight for our meal. It is great to be back here for the food.
This award-winning bar also curates great, value-for-money selection of certified-sustainable champagne and wines.
The quality is pretty mediocre; considering how much they're charging I think it's pretty overpriced.
The restaurant claimed that their spaghetti carbonara didn't have cream. It got us interested.
Overall Impression: Don't expect wide variety of food and dessert as the price is really reasonable.
The dining experience of Pete’s Place is considerably unique as it tries to recreate an authentic Italian flavour and dining experience not frequently found in Singapore.
Pete's Place must has won many regulars over the past 40 years. I heard some even grew up with this place. It has been quite an experience for me to be dining in one of Singapore's historic restaurants.
An architectural delight, the warm colors play off dark timbers in its interior and the distinctive design aesthetics of Super Potato – a renowned design firm from Tokyo, are evident throughout the restaurant.
Highly recommended for locals with big appetites and tourists who want to sample a wide variety of Singaporean food.
