A must to try and they are absolutely my favourite. The Japanese Bean Curd is being deep fried till perfection with the crispy at the outside texture and the inside brings you with the melts in the mouth sensation. They are indeed superb and every mouthful is delectably delicious!

The main dish from this menu, that we ordered is the Pomfret Steamed with Sour Plums, Tomatoes and Preserved Vegetable 潮州蒸鯧魚. This dish is best eaten with rice as the sauce was just done to perfection.

Other than just Yee Sang which can be ordered ala-carte, Luk Yu Tea House Chef and his team has crafted a nine-course Chinese New Year Set Menu, featuring delectable offerings including Braised Superior Soup with Dried Scallops, Seafood and Crab Meat, Hong Kong-style Roasted Crispy Sesame Chicken, Steamed Sea Grouper in Soy Sauce topped with Crispy Dried Radish and Garlic, Wok-fried Prawns with Chef’s Signature Sauce and Crispy Noodles, Braised Dried Scallops, Pacific Clams and Mushrooms in Superior Oyster Sauce and Crispy Chinese New Year Ball Cake.
