Questions and Tips
Information & Tips about Outright Coffee?
Once a week date…We love their beef pies a lot so I ordered one (RM9.00)…to share for the simple reason that we all had our own individual orders and yes, it was, as always, very nice. I do wish though that they would do something about the presentation, some lettuce and cherry tomatoes by the side or a couple of slices of tomato and cucumber perhaps to give it a bit of colour, if nothing else, instead of serving it on its own just like that…and they could have used a smaller plate, a saucer perhaps – the pie is not that big!

Dim lights…My girl ordered their chicken meatballs with BBQ sauce and mashed potatoes…and yes, the meatballs were good, complemented by the delightful sauce but in her opinion, the mashed potatoes here or here are a cut above this one.
Not my problem…My daughter’s barbecued chicken with fruit salad and baked wedges (RM15.90)…with rosemary sauce was done to perfection…and yes, she too enjoyed her order in no small measure.
I didn’t expect this…My girl didn’t want much so she just had the grilled barbecued chicken chop with fries (RM13.90)…and she got the mushroom sauce with her order. Yes, she enjoyed the chicken and yes, she liked the fries which looked and tasted like their own-made, not those scrawny supermarket shoestrings which would turn dry and hard and all shrivelled up at places where they over-fry them.
Outright…The pastry was very nice…and there was so much beef inside…I enjoyed it very much and I would say that it’s value for money even at its original price. I have tried the other one with cheese, no potatoes – my missus said it was nicer but I prefer this one probably because I love those tubers with the beef.
Birthday morning…My girl wanted something light so she just had the mushroom cheese omelette (RM9.50)…She enjoyed the omelette – 3 eggs went into it, so we were told and a lot of cheese…
