Today I’ll be talking about yet another one of those cafes that fall under the ‘Instagrammable Cafes’ category, and it is none other than Tropique Cafe & Restaurant (Taman Ekoflora, Johor Bahru). Serving up fantastic food, this was a place where I had a really pleasant experience.

Overall, despite this being a creamy pasta dish, it was not too heavy so we loved this!

The prices were also reasonable for this quality of food with many fine touches and excellent service which includes wine pairing advice.

Tropique Cafe & Restaurant @ Spring Labs Ekoflora is a good new place in Johor Bahru to hang out with family and friends. The environment is nice, the food tastes equally delicious as it is beautiful (which is no mean feat as Instagrammers know 😜 ). Good specialty coffee and teas too.

Its slow-roasted Beef Marrow topped with yoghurt sauce and chimichurri sauce, served within a split length of bone. This is where we use our hands to tear off a hunk of muesli bread (two slices come with this dish), spread a dollop of hummus and top it with a spoonful of beef marrow before we slowly savour it. Mmm…
