Food at MeatSmith is focused on American Southern barbecue / rotisserie cuisine, at least for the Telok Ayer outlet. Gourmet cuts of meat are marinated, smoked, and prepared flawlessly daily, a testament to the consistency here.

The cheeseburger was awesome; I demolished it in five minutes. The meat patty had great uneveness in texture, and was bristly, flavourful and slightly charred.
