Modern Japanese restaurant and bar serving traditional Japanese cuisine with a contemporary touch.
Such yummy satisfaction! No doubt this would rank as one of the top few gyudons I had in my life. However, the price was a bit steep.... and I am of the opinion that when it comes to wagyu; the best way to enjoy it is still in the steak form.
Two HUGE tiger prawns were grilled to perfection and topped with rich mentaiko mayonnaise sauce and flying fish roe. This was Oh-So-Juicy – rich flavourful juice gushed out of the crustaceans in each bite. Surprise mushrooms lined the shell’s inner parts – and even that had mildly absorbed the seafoody flavour. So. Very. Divine.
Overall, we were happy with our lunch at Sen of Japan. The food was nicely presented and was enjoyable. Considering the location of the restaurant and the views it offers, Sen of Japan’s menu is reasonably priced.
