The trip to Koma was spectacular and upon entrance, it gave diners a feel of being instantly transported to Kyoto at the instance.

Overall, the experience is a wonderful one because the service is top-notched, polite (but they could do with more service staff).
Dining at KOMA does not come cheap. If you are tight on your wallet, I would recommend the more oriental dishes instead.
For the ambience, this is perhaps one of the restaurant in Singapore to impress your guests.
Don’t get me wrong, the food here is decent, but the recipes seem to be designed to not push the kitchen too hard (or at least at this stage).
