The open-fire grill restaurant by Executive Chef & Partner Saurabh Udinia and his team, Revolver, just launched its new menu. The modern Indian restaurant changes its menu seasonally every three months, and it is definitely one of the restaurants in Singapore which I personally get very excited about.
Overall dinner was amazing with robust and enticing flavours for every course. My first time here but not the last time.
Revolver feels like the Indian version of Burnt Ends, and if you like Burnt Ends, you’ll enjoy Revolver. The food is bold and robust, complex in an understandable, unpretentious way.
Revolver is one of the best new restaurants this year for me. The flavours are robust, every course is consistently good and most importantly, it surprised me in each course. Bookmark this place if you are looking for a good meal to splurge on.
