All in all a pretty decent plate of 烧腊 rice if one were to discount the fibrous vegetables. Heh!

Personally, the downside to Hong Kong Jin Tian's food was the rice. A little dry and beady which isn't much on its own.

I enjoyed it though I did wish the duck was more tender and had more meat.
