Food is no doubt great, and this is one restaurant to head to if you want to have a good meal, nice dining ambience and good service.
definitely go for the crab cake which is chock full of chunky sweet flesh.
Service was good but food in general wasn't great and I fail to see how or why CUT was awarded a Michelin star.
I loved that the Wild Field Mushrooms ($24), a melange of shitake, shimeiji, and white button, was spiked with shishito peppers for a subtle heat. No need for pepper in this!
This Highland ribeye steak is the best aged ribeye steak I have had. However, I am still not convinced that I have tasted the kind of Highland beef that was proclaimed the best beef steak in the world.
CUT by Wolfgang Puck is the celebrity chef's modern take on the American steakhouse, and widely acclaimed to be one of the very best in the United States.
Definitely a memorable experience! I will make sure to bring my family here when they visit.
I think it’s a given that at fine dining restaurants, service is the highest priority. Needless to say, CUT by Wolfgang Puck’s service was as expected.
