Food wise, there is no dish which I did not enjoy, and I would gladly be back for more of the dim sum again.

Dimsum and selected ala carte items are their signature and I guess I'd stick with their set menus and dimsum in future.

Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong has done well with this menu. You have abalone, wagyu, and lobster as highlights but each course has its own appeal.
I was impressed by the consistency of the dishes I tried this time round at Summer Pavilion. The food is good – with very pleasant twist to each of the dishes I had here, with the ambience and service befitting of a Michelin starred restaurant. Can’t wait to plan for a return visit to try the dim sum next!
