The bee hoon was on point, soft yet with bite. The prawns were springy and fresh, egg was flavourful, although the shredded chicken was bit clumpy. The star of the laksa was the laksa gravy though, rich but not overly so, balanced and complex with a range of flavours, including a nuttiness and slight bittersweetness characteristic of Sarawak laksa.
May you all bring the Sarawakian food culture far and wide here in Singapore and eventually around the world.
