巴生小食馆 Klang Food Centre这家手工包点我听闻已久, 上回来巴生的时候是公共假期这家店没开。
Today, I ordered the Vegetable Bun and Big Pau, both are very good to my taste. But their signature must eat recommedations are their 咖喱大包 Curry Big Pau as well as 梅菜包 "Mui Choy" Pau listed top in their menu.
要是提起巴生的美食,大家第一个想到的肯定就是肉骨茶。在肉骨茶餐馆林立的兰花园,有一间卖包的小店也是人潮涌涌, 每天几乎售出一千粒的包子。它就是以包点闻名的巴生小食馆。在肉骨茶店包围下,巴生小食馆算是兰花园裡的一个奇葩,老板娘可是金宝人噢,它卖的是大人和小孩都爱吃的手工包子。这里的包子松软不会黏牙,包子皮也很有弹性。卖相朴实,馅料饱满,在20多年来都坚持以手工制作各种包点。这里有售卖14种口味的包点,糯米鸡,咖喱角以及肉粽等等。我本身超爱吃哪里的叉烧包,玉蜀黍包,大包, 芋头扣肉包,咖喱大包以及梅菜猪肉包。每次过去都会满载而归因为家人都很爱吃。
Verdict: Klang Food Centre (巴生小食馆) is a kopitiam located at Taman Intan in Klang selling a variety of delicious handmade pau. The signature pau includes Curry Chicken Pau, Vegetable Pau, Tai Pau, Char Siew Pau and Mui Chai Pau. If you like homemade pau, do drop by here after your Bak Kut Teh feast and grab the pau back to steam yourself but if you still have space in your stomach, grab some hot ones and eat it on the spot. The handmade pau here are soft and fluffy with juicy filling. Give it a try!
