Thick herbal taste. Deep and complex. Flavourful. Tender meat. Nice.
Though I am not a fan of Malaysia-style bak kut teh for its strong herbal taste, the version here is more balanced which will suit the local's palate.
Kota Zheng Zong seeks to bring the authentic take into Singapore, albeit at a slightly high price point.
Kota Zheng Zong has opened its first Singapore outlet at Holland Village. It’s going to be air-conditioned so you can enjoy their herbal bak kut teh in comfort.
We hope you’re excited for this new Bak Kut Teh store in town because we definitely can’t wait to have this special broth and tender pork again!
If you’re looking to take a break from the usual Holland Village food gems such as ramen and BBQ, keep an eye out for Kota Zheng Zong once they’re open.
