The Shoyu marinated salmon fillet served with sautee bok choy and Asian spring roll, along with XO Sauce is generous in size, though the texture could be improved by serving it medium rare or medium instead of almost perfectly cooked to have a tough texture.
Verdict: Overall, The Deck Gastrobar is easily beat my expectations on what they came up with. It’s no brainer that I would recommend you this place for some fancy modern food or for an occasional indulgence.
