For mains, I had the Chargrilled Black Angus tenderloin (RM65 supplement), which comes with potato gratin, seasonal vegetables and green peppercorn sauce. Perfectly grilled and tender.

If you prefer a Western delight, Atlantic Salmon would makes a great choice. The piece of protein is cooked to achieve an even crispy skin, while the flesh is soft. Eat it along with the granny smith apple to give a sweet and crisp texture. It is served along with cod croquette with lemon mayo and wasabi- tobiko.
