Nose-to-tail dining concept seems to be a forward thinking notion which I typically expect from restaurants, hence it is great to have a stall in a neighbourhood coffee shop which embraces such idea.
I was told that the stall has limited portion each day. Hence it is better to call and make a reservation to avoid disappointment.
With the addition of Flaming Chicken Pot, Yishun doesn’t seem so bad after all.
They're also the first hawker stall to adopt the nose-to-tail dining concept which means every part of the chicken is used to minimize wastage.
