Uncle Neo Western is Halal-certified which explains why they are sharing the space with the Muslim food stall.
The ABC pork ribs soup better known as ABC Soup is my all-time favourite. This simple yet nutritious soup is popular in both Singapore and Malaysia. It has 3 main ingredients which are potatoes, onions and carrots. I love the taste as it evokes a nostalgic feeling of home quality.

The coffee shop is located along this stretch of shop houses along Choa Chu Kang Ave 1. There is something rustic about this place that is reminiscent of my pre-Covid19 day trips to the dai pai dong of Malaysia.
The company and the location made the experience memorable. The menu is pretty extensive, so I will be back to try other dishes!
Overall, Hey Sugar does feel like it has a bit of potential, but heavily needs refining.
