Ash & Elm at Intercontinental Singapore launches a new Nordic-themed champagne brunch, inspired by the culinary philosophy from the wintery Northern Europe regions.
Using fresh produce from three different categories of land, sea and garden, the three iconic tasting platters of Ash & Elm’s Sunday Brunch comprise nine a la minute petite plates featuring the best of France’s rich culinary history.
Meatlovers will revel in the next course which offers up a half-portion selection of American prime Black Angus Tenderloin with Australian wagyu-crossbred striploin.
Looking forward to more of the Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef Series by fine dining waters S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
Ambience was vibrant yet easygoing, perfect for friends and families who enjoy good food, indulgent champagne and hearty conversations.
The main buffet spread alone has a huge seafood on ice spread, a cheese and charcuterie room, plus an amazing dessert section.
We have visited 2 times, and both our visits were very nice and warm as we were served by the manager, Athiban! On top of being attentive and efficient, he was also always very cheerful and likes to joke. This made our dining experiences very enjoyable!
