Though the dimsum here cannot be compared with the ones at Golden Sun, but it is still acceptable. The xiaolongbao however, was a bit too dry. Still prefer the ones @ Din Tai Fung.. hahaha... Overall it was a great breakfast. Thanks for the breakfast, KHS...
Of many Dim Sum Restaurant in Klang Valley, I find Yuen Garden Dim Sum is the best in my heart. All are equally good, I think they deserve a good name.
Overall the food, price and environment are acceptable. But I end up feeling quite thirsty after the meal. I suspect may be the porridge. =_=
Yuen Garden Dim Sum @ Puchong (甜园港式点心茶楼)- Located at Puchong Jaya (opposite IOI Mall Puchong) the two-stories Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant is a good option if you feel like having some nice Siew Mai (minced pork), Har Kao (prawn dumpling), Fried Yam Paste with Minced Pork or Bao for breakfast.
Lastly when dining with lesser crowd, everything is instantly done upon placing your order and I really like that because everything tastes amazing. The fried items were really attractive as well, but I couldn’t eat anymore so I’m thinking I should leave some space for other time on my next visit. So I probably would post up my next visit as well.
Overall, ot a bad place for dim sum but you need to bear with the crowd and the heat especially during lunch time.
The variety of Dim Sum here is plenty. Importantly the Dim Sum is averagely good. There is no specific piece of Dim Sum that deserve critics, all are equally good and that's quite rare nowadays. Overall, thumb up and this is one of the my favourite Dim Sum Shop around the KL area. I haven't try out all the Dim Sum in the town yet, but I've covered Sri Petaling, Kuchai Lama, and Puchong, and this is in my favourite list.
