The ingredients were solid – the pork liver was 粉嫩刚刚好, pork lard was very crisp and flavourful, stewed mushrooms were juicy and savoury, and pork balls, fish balls and minced pork were all fresh and tasty.
today really not so good & far cry from curry chicken noodles..not eating here again..
For me, I prefer Fa Ji Minced Meat Fishball Noodle because I like stronger flavours, and Fa Ji’s chilli sauce really won me over.
it was good tasty laksa, and the chicken was good unlike some “curry chicken noodles” which are unedible chicken and gravy!
