George Town Tze Char & Craft Beer, George Town Tze Char Review, George Town Tze Char Review by Chubby Botak Koala, Craft Beer BoatQuay, Penang Food SG
Overall, it was indeed a pleasure to return to George Town to try out their new dishes.
I enjoyed the refreshing soju, cold beers (bottled craft/tap) paired with tasty tze char food. From what I've tried, it paired quite well so far.
菜式方面也作出配合,除了煮炒类的主食与大菜,也推出多道小菜形式的油炸类美食,适合与美酒搭配——
Food at George Town Tze Char And Craft Beer features fusion Malaysian Thai cuisine, done Chinese Zi Char style. Think bold flavours, with heavy use of sauces or spices, and ingredients either being stir-fried or deep-fried. The kitchen has consistent execution, and they've introduced more fried snacks since our last visit. Portions are sized for communal group dining. Prices are relatively affordable, budget about SGD $27++ per person.
From their relaxing ambience to the friendly service, the delicious Malaysian Thai fusion food and good range of beers, George Town Tze Char And Craft Beer remains a choice eating spot for me.
In general, the food was likeable and of stronger flavours. Reservation is recommended.
Food at George Town Tze Char And Craft Beer consists mostly of fusion Malaysian Thai cuisine, done Chinese Zi Char style.
On a cool and breezy evening, this is a great place to sit down for a meal with family and friends.
I've actually returned several times for more of their delicious Zi Char dishes.
