Alegria Singapore is some of the best food on Tek Lim Road, ex-neighbour to Burnt Ends, offering Filipino and Latin American fusion

There's magic in cooking with wood indeed. I will be back, Burnt Ends!
There was no dramatic smoke or exotic ingredients like sea urchin in our $48 lunch at Nicolas Le Restaurant. But it was good straightforward food, delivered with friendly service in a comfortable setting.
This place (12 Teck Lim Road, 9232-8457) has been hyping up its mala ramen as well as its Iberico pork and Parma ham-based tonkotsu broth.
It is always nice to be back here for a good treat and with that, I hope it is not three years later for me.
