The new Poise Restaurant in Singapore is described as “modern European dining with a Nordic touch”. This cozy restaurant in the Keong Saik area is a welcome addition to the fine dining scene in downtown Singapore.
Alegria Singapore is some of the best food on Tek Lim Road, ex-neighbour to Burnt Ends, offering Filipino and Latin American fusion
Overall it was a well curated and paced gastronomic experience that I’d love to return for if I get rich someday (also, as some items are seasonal and there would be new things to try)!

There was no dramatic smoke or exotic ingredients like sea urchin in our $48 lunch at Nicolas Le Restaurant. But it was good straightforward food, delivered with friendly service in a comfortable setting.
This place (12 Teck Lim Road, 9232-8457) has been hyping up its mala ramen as well as its Iberico pork and Parma ham-based tonkotsu broth.
It is always nice to be back here for a good treat and with that, I hope it is not three years later for me.
‘Soloha' combines 'so', an expressive portmanteau that emphasises the idea of 'to such a great extent' and 'aloha', the catchy Hawaiian greeting that is about living life.
Service is pretty decent though can be improved upon; most of the staff being pretty new and needs more exposure to be more experienced in the long run.
