The mutton meat and ribs were just slightly gamey, fragrant and seriously fall off the bone tender, but with that bit of nice chewiness. The ribs had that slight bit of fattiness for additional flavour and texture. Good stuff, just a bit gentler and probably less oily than the sup kambing I remember from Commonwealth Drive.

this kambing soup i will come back again, except that bahrakath is near my place & i don;t take kambing soup often as it is “gelard” – satiating, and also unhealthy…but then agin many things i eat also unhealthy, just don’t take too much too foten lor..
Whatever you choose, the star of the dish is definitely the rich broth so enjoy the soup! Until someone points me in the direction of another contender for Sop Kambing, this is the place we will head to. PS don’t forget to refill! LOL
