The dining companion got the Sweet Sauce Pork Ribs. The ribs were tender and glaze was done just right, not too sickly sweet or overwhelming. Usually, you might get sick of the rich food towards the end of the meal, but this was enjoyable right to the very end. I enjoyed the taste of the sweet potato fries too even though they were served at room temperature.

The epitome of Japanese pork, it has a soft and tender texture, and a milder scent than most pork, which results from a diet that includes the polyphenol-rich skin and seeds of grapes.
While I'll give credit to the other ingredients like the melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions that made the burger, I was mostly impressed by how much the patty resembled meat.

There's a facinatingly textured double cheese burger that they do at lunch too. The texture came from the buttered buns studded with seeds, some crusty beef patties and gooey cheese.
