The sea grouper fish is well steamed and served with the cabbage with chef’s signature premium soy sauce. A nice dish to enjoy especially the flaky texture of the fish and fragrant blend of soy.

We indeed falling in love with each of the items as they are fresh. Perfectly grilled till perfection, one can actually taste the sweetness from the ingridients itself. Salted Egg with Kunyit Sotong, 13 ringgit. However, between the fish and sotong dish – I fancied the ‘sotong’ dish more. The squids were finger licking good. Just like the fish, the it was marinated in turmeric as well and boy was it flavorful. Just look at them ‘sotongs’ , yummmm! It was all crunchy on the outside and all soft and chewy on the inside. Now, this dish, I’d certainly give it another go. It certainly provided me with a burst of flavors. Loved it.
