The Chicken Cashew Nut was slightly on the spicy side but taste wise, it was heavenly. Very generous with the ingredients and it was awesome. 10/10 would be my rating for this.

Likes: Very interesting dishes, a little bit of Thai and Jap with Western influence. The Entertainer makes it very affordable too. Dislikes: Probably bit too pricey for the portion without The Entertainer. Portions are quite small. It's just casual dining by slightly above average pricing - but fret not, the food they serve may be expensive, but it's good.

Another not to be missed item from the Buffet menu is the Wagyu Steak (RM118.00 per plate for ala-carte). For Wagyu lovers, this is a must-order in a medium-rare cooking style. Although the steak comes with a Goma (Sesame Dressing), as a fan of Wagyu will attest, that the best way to taste a nice cut of Wagyu Beef is just by grilling it with salt and pepper with no sauce to cover the natural taste and goodness of the beef cut.

Verdict: The Lu Rou Fan was a huge let down because it was entirely different from what I had envisioned it to be. Other food we’ve tried was just OK and definitely did not manage to convince for a revisit anytime soon.

Likes: Location? I don't even know what I like about them after such a bad experience. Dislikes: SUPER arrogant staffs, subpar food (more misses than hits), not worth paying for (if the food is good, money is not a problem), corkage rule which is in the grey area and they do not keep their words on what they charge, staffs don't even bother to refill our glass and we had to do it ourselves (so why charge us corkage again?), pushy & rude staff who wants us to order based on what she thinks

Go full in Solaris Mont Kiara is something I have in two minds whenever I passed by. At one point, they were almost dead and there were a period of time where a healthy crowd of patron is being spotted. There is only one way to find out what’s with the inconsistency so my friends and I visited to clear the doubts. The funky interiors themed with hippy menu are gaining pleasant impressions to begin with. There are interesting sandwiches, topokki, fried chicken, and aplenty with lots of cheese added to it. Clearly the cheese game is very strong here and it was all good right up till after we tasted our pick.
