Grilled Pesto Chicken Sandwich, 18 ringgit The sandwich was delicious and I don’t know if you noticed – it was huge, yawwww. Literally a case of “I can eat half now and the rest later” situation. Basically, you’d get a large piece of Ciabatta bread with pesto + grilled chicken + tomatoes + cheese. It was surprisingly delicious. Why surprising? because simply judging from the size of the bread to filling ratio, it did not seem to match. However, upon tasting it, it tasted awesome. You’d be able to taste the pesto and grilled chicken just fine despite the thickness of the bread.

In the list, I decided to order the weird one which is Onde Onde Coissant Doughnut. It is a bit unique where it had a slight chewy texture as the filling base and the coissant is slightly crips outside. Not too bad though.

Tempura Soft Shell Crab Burger, 25 ringgit The burger was gooood, yawww. I loved it. The soft shell crab was da bomb. What I liked about it was the fact that every mouth I took, the taste of the crab was prevalent. At some eateries, while the taste of the crab is evident, it is not strong, it sort of blends in with everything else but that was not the case here. Here, it was the first and last thing you’d taste. I also liked the fact that they added some sweetish chilli sauce onto it, it kindda gave it a rather unusual but very pleasant taste. Yummm! I would order this dish again.

This cheesecake was good. It was dense and moist. Definitely isn’t the usual cake-like texture we usually come across. It was creamier and smoother, literally melts in your mouth. Taste wise, almost similar to ‘New York cheese cake’. Despite not feeling well, I liked it. I guess my mouth is currently suffering from selective tasting, lol. It seem to work just fine when it comes to desserts.

Grilled Chicken Pesto Sandwich with Fries, 28 ringgit If you are a fan of pesto like I am, you’d fall in love with this dish. The sourdough bread (made in house) had a crispy outer layer and yet, buttery and warm on the inside. It was somewhat green in color, which I assume to be because they infused some pesto into it? Besides the bread and the pesto in it, there was a generous portion/layer of pesto with mozzarella cheese + sun dried tomatoes and grilled chicken pieces. Biting into it was simply heaven. Seriously. Lots of pesto, lots of cheese – those two are my favorites. Add in some chicken and I am sold.

Yummmm! The sourdough here, you’d be able to taste the tangy sourness. I liked that. Texturewise, the outer layer was hard and crispy? The inner part was less harder, a tad more softer. The dish was an open sandwich/tartine which is perfect when having mozzarella. This sandwich comes in 6 slices, each topped with mozzarella and tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, pepper several other items. It was tasty, overall. There was a mix of flavors … sour, bitter, the distinct flavor of the cheese. It was ‘sedap’ and i enjoyed it. Hard to describe specifically but you get what I mean, right? Lovely.

Ooooo, this pastry was yummy. That garlic spread + cream cheese sauce was gooooooood. I really wouldn’t mind having the sauce alone in a jar, as dessert, lol. The combination was da bomb. The flavors were evident but it was unique here because it was toned down by some sweetness. Not too sweet as you’d still be able to taste the garlic and cheese. Texture wise, it was more of a creamy, liquiddy custard. Overall, it was very nice
