Salted Egg Prawn (RM 88) The Salted egg prawn is perfectly an indulgence. The prawns are deep fried till perfection well coated with the salted egg which leaves you aromatic flavours.

It is the time of the year again and Mid Autumn Festival is around the corner. This is our first mid autumn mooncake story of the year and this is from Corus Hotel KL. We went to check out the Mid Autumn Mooncake 2022 by Corus Hotel KL recently and it was better than expected.
Else you can explore the Aromatic Fried Rice which comes fragrant on each mouthful bites, with the tender of the duck meat complimented each other, giving you with a perfect harmony and yet an exquisite flavors that many should explore.
The London Roast Duck is priced at RM98 for half a duck, or RM188 for a whole duck. The duck is marinated with five spice powder, chef's special salt and other spices, and subsequently given a vinegar bath and hung for 6-8 hours for it to thoroughly dry. Spring onion is added to the cavity and sealed to keep in the juices and it is then roasted in the traditional Apollo oven for 30 minutes. It gets a final bath in hot oil before serving with chef's special homemade plum sauce. The duck is undeniably tender with beautifully crisp skin, well-worthy of its title.
Overall, the level of service cancelled out the pleasant surroundings, and the food was nearly all just ok rather than good. I don’t feel any urge to go back soon, but if you have Muslim friends whom you want to treat to dim sum, it might be the best option nearby.
Dolly dim sum’s menu is quite extensive. Almost everything on the menu is still available even though we arrive so late in the morning, at about 11.00am. We ordered the BBQ Puff Pastry which is quite good – crispy and puffy skin – lots of fillings – salty and scrumptious puff.
Reasons to visit Yen Chinese Restaurant: chic contemporary setting; premium ingredients and some interesting items not found elsewhere in KL such as the Nepali rock rice and mushrooms from Yunnan; our favourite dishes were the Sarcodon Aspratus Fungus Prawn Dumplings, Red Yeast Rice Honey Barbeque Chicken Buns, Wok Fried Organic Egg Red Rice and remember to try the Milk Pudding (if the staff haven’t convinced you to do so already).
The Yen Dim Sum Tasting Set Menu is ideal for those who want to try a bit of everything. The set is priced at RM102 per pax, with a minimum order of two persons. The platter above was prepared by the chef for food review purposes, so patrons can expect a larger portion when they order the actual set.
Food was absolutely fantastic!! Definitely returning and recommending to everyone!
The restaurant offers a variety of flower tea, that "保加利亞玫瑰花茶 Bulgarian Rose Flower Tea" was interesting!
Char Siew (2 people), 20 ringgit. The food was tasty. Just for the Char Siew alone, I’d head back here anytime. It was utterly delicious. The outer later was slightly blackened, sweet, crispy and chewy and the inside was oooo tender and succulent, with just the right amount of fat. It was hands down, one of the best pork meat I’ve tasted in a long time.
这里的中西餐都一样美味。有机会来Wisma Central记得来尝尝。
The Crispy Taro With Bubble Rice Ball - An interesting item on the menu certainly whetted our appetite. A must-try with pure chicken meat slice filling, encapsulated in moist yam paste with a crispy bubble rice balls coating.
