As Ramadan, the month of fasting draws near, InterContinental Kuala Lumpur introduces a bountiful experience of all-you-can eat dining, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast deals and social event packages, interwoven with classic elements of local heritage. This year’s culinary collection, aptly named “Anugerah Warisan”, or “Gift of Heritage” (13 March – 9th April 2024) offers a harmonious blend of authentic local flavours and Middle Eastern flair, with all-you-can-eat spreads and a nostalgic ensemble of sweet treats.

InterContinental Kuala Lumpur is presenting an auspicious feast for the senses as the Year of the Dragon comes roaring in, inspired by the legend of the mythical being.
The food, service, and environment are all very good, then. The only reason for the slight mark down is the portion size for the money. I left feeling a little hungry, which was in part due to the small number of vegetarian options, meaning I didn’t have a starter.
Overall, while the expensive full French breakfast went down well with the family, I don’t think there’s enough here to justify a return any time soon. I might pick up some pastries occasionally, if I’m passing.
I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur to anyone staying at the hotel or visiting the city. It genuinely stands out as one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Even though I typically do not frequent spas in Malaysia, choosing this spa session proved to be one of the best choices I made for this trip to Kuala Lumpur.
Love the rooms and the friendly and welcoming staff and the very strategic location!!!

It is the time of the year again and Mid Autumn Festival is around the corner. This is our first mid autumn mooncake story of the year and this is from Corus Hotel KL. We went to check out the Mid Autumn Mooncake 2022 by Corus Hotel KL recently and it was better than expected.
Staff were good, providing useful advice, and the quality of the food was high. It’s a little bit pricey, and portions are a bit small, but that’s really the only difficulty with recommending Kiku Zakura – except one. Their vegetarian selection nearly all uses dashi sauce, so would be more suitable for pescatarians. That means there wasn’t quite the range I had hoped; however it was still worth the trip.
