Overall, the level of service cancelled out the pleasant surroundings, and the food was nearly all just ok rather than good. I don’t feel any urge to go back soon, but if you have Muslim friends whom you want to treat to dim sum, it might be the best option nearby.
Dolly dim sum’s menu is quite extensive. Almost everything on the menu is still available even though we arrive so late in the morning, at about 11.00am. We ordered the BBQ Puff Pastry which is quite good – crispy and puffy skin – lots of fillings – salty and scrumptious puff.
The restaurant offers a variety of flower tea, that "保加利亞玫瑰花茶 Bulgarian Rose Flower Tea" was interesting!
The Crispy Taro With Bubble Rice Ball - An interesting item on the menu certainly whetted our appetite. A must-try with pure chicken meat slice filling, encapsulated in moist yam paste with a crispy bubble rice balls coating.
