新菜单主打的面食之一是Spaghetti($38),菜名朴实卖相高贵,意大利面条搭配了鞑靼红虾,还把虾肉镀金,矜贵的一大片金箔,拌开来就是半生熟的红虾肉。
Lunch was rounded off pleasantly with the dainty Petite Fours, served with spritz of edible scent, exclusively curated for Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse welcomes the springtime bloom with refreshed menu featuring season’s first produce prepared in traditional Italian cooking accentuated with modern elements.
Not the full fledge Sunday brunch buffets like other hotels, Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse focuses on Italian dishes and the most entry level ‘Brunch Roma‘ (S$168++ per person) comes with unlimited wines and cocktails. Head here if you are in for a drinking Sunday for the most value, and if you fancy, go for the champagne packages.
The brunch selections are amazingly good. My favourites include the Scrambled egg with sea urchin and caviar, freshly made pasta and pizza.
I like the ravamped space of Altro Zafferano which looks more refreshed and contemporary as compared to before. It offers a beautiful view of Singapore’s skyline from the outdoor terrace, and the quality of the food is commendable. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the CBD currently.
If the kitchen team maintains its consistency, and the chef's culinary philosophy, the star may not be far away.
we had a wonderful evening, nice ambience, good food and company of great friends.
Loved the Tiramisu (SGD $12) here.
All in all, it was a good meal to share with friends. Service was friendly and non-intrusive.
So I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival tonight to find that it was a very casual place without outrageous prices.
If you're a fan of pasta and are in the area, I highly recommend giving this dish a try. With its rich and flavorful ingredients, it is sure to satisfy your taste buds and leave you wanting more. Overall, my experience at Saporita was fantastic, and I look forward to trying more dishes from their menu.

The prices here are reasonable and the food is decent (although I would not recommend coming here for the desserts, at least not for the tiramisu and cannoli).

LUCE by Davide Giacomelli launches an exquisite Saturday Lunch bundle for two at S$136++. The bundle is inclusive of a starter for sharing, soup for two, and three main courses completed with unlimited servings of desserts. Coffee and tea are included too.
Luce by Davide Giacomelli at InterContinental Singapore just launched an Italian Bistronomic Champagne Brunch with free-flow Seafood and Sashimi on Ice, live stations and live music every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. I have previously visited the restaurant for dinner and revisited it recently for its new Sunday brunch buffet.
Complete the experience with a plethora of desserts including the well-loved LUCE-misu, a sweet treat made with Mascarpone cream, espresso syrup, lady finger sponge and crunchy feuilletine, Crunchy Choux Pastries, Baked Cheesecake, Crostata Pistachio Strawberry Frangipane and a live dessert station serving up freshly made Crêpes Suzette topped with Caramel Orange Sauce.
The result was this delicious Alfredo pasta.
I highly recommend every pasta and Italian food fan to come taste Tipo!
With interesting pasta made from scratch such as Dill & Lemon Fettuccine and Saffron Fusilli, Tipo Pasta Bar does sound promising, and perhaps need some fine-tuning on their cooking processes.
it was a great lunch with a good friend.
The food was much better than I was expecting, particularly that duck confit above with its crispy skin, tasty fat, and generous meat, not to mention nicely done sauce and sides.
I was happy with their namesake pasta topped with sakura ebi too. I'll order these from them again.
Liked their beef en croute

Definitely a place that we’d recommend for a special night out!
Caffe Cicheti is the newest concept under the Cicheti group of restaurants (namely the original Cicheti along Kandahar Street and sister restaurant Bar Cicheti at the Keong Siak conservation area).
The food is excellent and you can count on the sommelier to suggest a good wine to pair with any of the dishes.
It was overall a wonderful meal at Caffe Cicheti.
Tasty, with the vongole pasta particularly winey and al dente, although a bit liberal with the salt.
Overall, the food did not leave a strong impression on me. The only dish which struck a chord was the pizza as the flavours were rather unique and the dough was stretchy and chewy in a good way.
La Scala Ristorante呈献意大利小馆风情,菜单上有开胃菜、汤品、面食、比萨饼、甜品,朴实家常。
La Scala Ristorante Review of lunch new Italian restaurant at Arcade Capitol Kempinski Capitol Piazza with pictures of set lunch and a la carte menu ..
LAVO is a place for you to splurge for an occasion, to enjoy the scenic views of the city, and of course, to let your hair down and party as the night goes on.
It was better than I thought it would be, especially since the noodles were cooked firmly, and they weren't shy about using lots of oil.
Tried their curry prawn risotto. Curry was thick and had a bit of heat but it wasn't complex enough that the flavour became monotonous after a bit.
Their prices are pretty affordable.
Quite enjoyed the simple pasta here with the innovative touch. The many different types of sauce also makes me keen to return to try something different again.
1 review of Aglio Olio Bistro "I think it's like a 3.5. Anyway.. aglio olio with a twist! chilli padi instead of the typical chilli flakes. Does give it somewhat of a different taste, pretty interesting. Split a vege linguini with normal spiciness…
For the mains, the Caciucco alla Livornese, a Livorno-style stew brimming with sweet prawns, delicate scallops, flaky white fish, fat mussels, and springy squid, was sweet and sumptuous. A must-try.
Finally, my must-have Orange Mocha from here, encompassing all the hints of coffee, chocolate and refreshing Orange into one cup of steaming hot goodness.
