Spare Ribs Rice Rice lover can go for their Spare Ribs Rice. Enjoy the chunks of meat together with the generous portion of rice here. Love the flavours of the dish itself. The Spare Ribs Rice is simply delicious and every mouthful is packed with flavours.

Likes: Nothing. Possibly just the cucumbers. Dislikes: Everything. Stop marketing themselves as Yunnan Xiao Guo / Guo Qiao when it looks and tastes nothing like it. I'm totally fine if this is "just another noodle house". But please don't insult my favourite Xiao Guo Mi Xian...

My Personal Opinion Still more than a decent place for roasted meats with a few crowd-pleasing side snacks, crispy or otherwise. Best choice will be the char siew followed by the poached or fried chicken and siew yuk in that order...hehe! ;) The texture of the wantan noodles, which are thinner than the norm, tends to be a bit on the soft side (I don't remember them being this soft previously). Either that or they were overcooked. So, if you don't like soft noodles, have your roasted meats with rice instead. I did enjoy their new dish of minced pork with barbecued sausages as I find the noodles of this one not as soft.

Likes: Lou Shu Fun, Guinness wings Dislikes: Xo Noodles don't have XO in it, rude service, lady boss thinks she is always right, walks off when the issue had not been resolved. Did not attempt to serve a new one / remove from the bill / resolve the issue by offering XO. Felt cheated by this establishment.

Coincidentally, we were going to catch Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children at Tropicana GSC at night time, so this time round we dropped by XO Fish Noodle for some simple, quick Chinese food outside of the mall since we couldn’t decide what to eat even after a brief touring in the mall earlier per se, haha.

Difficult to complain a rm$5.50 plate of Wantan Mee, the "干撈燒腸雲吞麵 Dry Siew Cheong Wantan Mee" comes with 撈燒 Siew Cheong, 雲吞 Wantan, as well as dry Wantan Mee.

Yang Zhou Fried Rice, 8 ringgit This was good. If you fancy yummy Chinese style fried rice with sweetish pork sausages – then, this is the one to go for 🙂 I enjoyed it. Do take note though, the portion here is huge! There was a lot of rice, lots and lots. I kid you not. It took 2 of us to finish the fried rice and it wasnt a case of me munching on stuff prior to dinner, nope. When I headed here, I fully intended to eat like a pig because I skipped lunch, was hungry but still, it was too much. It cost me 8 ringgit and it feeds two people, tasted yummy – totally value for money.

Food was nice. I liked the fact that the noodles used here were the thin version. I like it better this way because to me, it allows me to enjoy the overall dish better. Simply a matter of preference, I suppose. I ordered the Large/Big option here and it came with a lot of noodles. The taste overall was nice. My only issue was the pork meat itself. For a large portion, the meat seemed rather little and most of it was thinly sliced. It was just enough to provide you with a taste. Perhaps with the Small option, the portion may seem good enough but with the large, it was little. Besides that, it was all good

This shop has been in operation for more than 30 years and used to be called Kedai Makan Teow Chew. I guess after the son took over the business it was renamed to its current name. You can expect pretty much the same experience in any seafood noodle shop where you get to customize your bowl of noodles to include the seafood to your budget and liking.

Wantan Mee was better known as 'Tok Tok Mee'? The name 'Tok Tok Mee' came from the sound of knocking bamboo sticks made by the vendors to draw attention to their food. In GO Street Noodle, we serve Tok Tok Mee which brings you a whole new experience of wantan mee! Choose from a wide range of sumptuous side dishes & tickle your taste buds with our super tangy & flavourful noodles that they dance in your mouth.

Pork Slice Soup Noodle was good, I like the noodle texture however, I don’t much like their soup. It really needs sauce to go with it.

(506 B) Spicy Hakka Style Fried Pork, 14.90. ‘Dry’ Option : Spicy Hakka Style Fried Pork. When it first arrived at my table, I was like “it looks kindda little” but after mixing it all up and eating it – do not underestimate its power to fill you up faster than anticipated. The fried pork meat came in generous meaty chunks. As you can most probably see from the images above, the pork is a lil different. Rather than the usual BBQ sauce glazed, thinly sliced pork meat with or without fats, here – you would get fried pork meat. It tasted awesome. Different but awesome. There was also a generous portion of flavorful seaweed? Mix them all up with the noodles and you’d get a wholesome plate of yumminess. Loved this!
