These are just a couple of dim sum Chef Shen would order again in a heart beat.
We liked all the items on the Kai Garden Set Lunch menu but especially the Peking duck, the glutinous rice and coconut puree. The lunch at $58++ per person was not cheap but we felt it was fair value. We had delectable quality food and we enjoyed the meal.

This is not your usual Japanese seafood bowl place but it is enjoyable nonetheless.
The tsukune had cuts of nankotsu in it for some playful texture, while the rice was firm and pearly, and even the miso soup had a bit of smokiness to it. I'm curious now to know what the place inside is like.
