Though shoppers still head to Funan Mall for gaming machines, headphones and drones, most people go to the mall between North Bridge Road and Hill Street because it has an interesting range of restaurants, cafes and eateries for different tastes and budgets.
When I first saw this place (107 North Bridge Road #01-11, 6360-3371), I was a little concerned. After all, one of the best things about Hototogisu is how creative it can be with its broth, so mazesoba seemed like an out-of-character stretch.
