As usual, I can't resist the Flat Rice Roll which has become my favorite side dish.
If you can only visit Pho Real just once, then you must order either the Hanoi Beef Pho or the Hue Spicy Beef Noodle. I have not tried the Dry-Style Beef Noodle but I trust that it is good too.
I tried the Hue Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle (with add on tendon). Ooh! Very nice! The broth was sourish and spicy.Very appetizing indeed.
