The first day to PJ since MCO locked down began on March 18 (after more than 3.5 months!) with a positive breakfast experience!
All in all, Tang Pin Restaurant didn't let us down. Attentive and in a jiffy customer service, clean and tidy ambiance on the whole and food pretty much kicking in the flavours and tastes we are always fond of.
My Personal Opinion If you like subtle flavours, then you'll probably enjoy their mee pok. Otherwise, go for the more robustly flavoured dark sauce stir-fry noodles. All in all, not a bad place for cheap noodles with some delectable snacks.
Verdict: Overall, all the fish products served here are very nice as it’s handmade and fresh. I heard they have their own factories in Old Klang Road producing and supplying the fish products to each of its outlets. They serve excellent mee pok and fried chu cheong fun which I think is nicer than those served in dim sum restaurant. Just these two dishes are enough to keep me coming back here.
Overall, this is surely a great place to dine with their simple parking and the price and quality that they are offering and my fav of all is the Mee Pok and order a simple bowl of homemade fish ball to eat along ..
After so many visits to Tang Pin Kitchen in SS2, I think I can be considered a frequent customer now. It is mainly a noodle shop of fish ball specialties and I usually have my dinner there whenever I want a simple, quick and no frills meal. Besides, the restaurant is clean and comfy too. …
