I am just excited by Monti A Casa's Florentine Burger 🍔
The dinner was quite satisfying. We were also quite appreciative of the generous portion sizes. Food was also good: Good enough that we would consider at least two return visits
We loved the cheese puffs, flaky and savoury and delicious on its own, but that herbed butter was pretty yummy too.
The course started with some Burrata Cheese with Sicilian eggplant and some really juicy heritage tomato marinated with sour plum.
Not only will you get to taste chef’s new creations, you get to savour Monti’s signature Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop as well.
Dining by the bay does mean breathtaking views especially with tall floor-to-ceiling windows.
Tasted all the above dessert and loved them all. The tiramisu was a favourite and so was the struffoli.
The food feast continues into a rooftop day-party atmosphere courtesy of guest DJs enrapturing us with their smooth house tunes until 7.00pm.
Monti is brilliant at setting a nice table, construct a bright and fun environment that encourages lingering.
Overall, Monti's longest Sunday brunch at $90++ pp (without drinks)/$120++(with non-alcoholic drinks) may appear steep, but it is great value for money for that occasional treat, considering that there's premium items such as black truffle, Alaskan king crab and foie gras for your own helping. If you can help it, try everything.
