The noodles were savoury and qq with bite, coated with soy sauce and fragrant chilli. The thick and red char siew was tasty, sweet and tender. The wantons were plump with silky skin and well flavoured meat fillings. Not bad.
This was apparently by an ex-Omakase Burger chef. Quite a moist thick patty. But the buns were generic and insufficiently soft, and the entire package could do with a bit more flavour.
The orh nee egg tart was very nice, soft and jiggly while sticky and creamy, with a nice yam fragrance in an eggy crust.

With Italian, Greek and Turkish fare on the menu, it might be quite confusing for some. Prices are relatively high compared to other food in the hawker, however considering the ingredients and its originality, it is reasonably explanable. With the friendly service and homemade taste of food, I will very much like to be back again. Rating: 4 / 5
Thai Boat Noodle that makes you want to go back again.
The ambience is great for dinner with friends or even a date, and the food is right on par.
Milk with caramelly brown sugar grass jelly milk. Nice, sweet and refreshing.

We recommend the Tom Yum Seafood Noodle Soup ($7.00) if you are looking for something with a spicy kick.
Overall, I wouldn’t consider my experience at You Peng Noodle Dumpling House a particularly memorable one.
