Dining at Bedrock Bar & Grill is always a memorable experience with perfectly cooked steaks paired with the globes’ finest whiskies.
The epitome of Japanese pork, it has a soft and tender texture, and a milder scent than most pork, which results from a diet that includes the polyphenol-rich skin and seeds of grapes.
There's a facinatingly textured double cheese burger that they do at lunch too. The texture came from the buttered buns studded with seeds, some crusty beef patties and gooey cheese.
I am looking forward to heading back for its seasonal menu, and perhaps make it a point to savour their classic options the next time.
The restaurant was nicer than we had expected as we had only seen it from the outside. What made it even better were the service staff. Professional and friendly, they made the whole dining experience a very pleasant one.
