The mushroom toppings really added a nice touch of umami to the burger. The patty was tasty and tender, done medium well with some char. The bun was soft and yielding. A very solid burger, just lacking a unique sauce like Shake Shack. I would queue again for this.

Overall, we both enjoy the Hangari Dry-Aged Pork Belly and SEORAE Iberico Rare-Cut Tasting Platter.
The environment was clean and well decorated with friendly staff around. It served as a good place for casual meals and special occasions too.

Overall, I find the food and dining experience at TDC memorable. I am unable to appreciate the Szechuan influence in some dishes, however, the rest of the dishes are great.
Cô Chung’s branch in Plaza Singapura is always busy, but it was not when I stopped by for a tea break. I took the chance to order a Banh Mi Thit Nuong and a Viet Ice Coffee.
