I'll definitely be back, but I'll need to be selective on which days given a few things that are inherent with gomtang: it's easy to end up in a sweaty mess afterwards, and the huge load of leeks in there means that I'm going to repel a lot people near me this afternoon.
Very nice and tasty with layers of flavours and textures from the juicy minced pork, ikan billis, fried shallots, garlic and a runny egg.
The changes at Victor’s have been very minimum. They still served solid dim sum, with minimum fuss. I must say for the quality of the food, Victor still kept their price increase to the minimum. Definitely, a must-visit HK-style Dim Sum in Singapore. Cheers!!
The Yaowarat folks have a small chain of Malaysian ban mian shops called Ng Kuan, and I stopped by an outlet for a late night top-up.

Overall, I would give Wildfire Chicken & Burgers the following rating: Food: 4/5 Space & Ambience: 3.5/5 Service: 3.5/5
The place can get pretty cramped, as tables are close together to cater to the space constraint.
Wildfire Burgers is simply furnished, minimalist industrial chic decor, and comfortable enough.
Wan Wan Thai Cafe gave us some really enjoyable desserts which satisfied my sweet tooth without being too cloying.
