As you can spot, their food is instant love.
他们位于槟城古迹Fort Cornwallis 里头的纯白玻璃屋,而菜单是以娘惹餐结合西方精致料理文化,给大家带来与众不同的娘惹用餐体验。
All in all, Kota presents traditional Nyonya dishes in a creative approach.
Grilled Chicken with Special Sambal is one of our favourite dish in the Chef's Hidang Set. The perfect grilling rendered a soft and tender texture to the chicken meat, then topped with special soy glazed chili sauce that gives a tad of sweetness along with the slight hot sensation, tickling the taste buds for a true enjoyment.
Overall , Kota Dine and Coffee serves value-for-money dishes.
Overall, this place has a great ambience to relax and have my solo time.
Penang is indeed my hometown. Little did I know that there is actually a hidden gem inside Fort Cornwallis, a fort that being build during Captain Francis Light era. It is not only a heritage fort but also house a restaurant, Kota Dine & Coffee – when Francis meets rempah. This is what happen when Western meet East. A casual dining that focus on modern Nyonya Cuisine with a slight twist.
KOTA拥有 Halal Certificate哦!
For something a little bit more wholesome, do opt for the artistically prepared Nyonya dish. The Peranakan cuisine is well orchestrated, tiered with rendang chicken, achar (pickles of vegetables), traditional blue pea rice and otak-otak (fish and egg pudding). The rice melds beautifully with the ingredients.
