Pistachio cake. Not bad. Topped with crushed pistachios, yuzu creme and drizzled with honey. I liked the crumbly texture.
Every dish is a beautiful ensemble of lovely flavours and a showcase of fine produce.
I didn't quite feel Moosehead has made a statement as much as my very first visit. But the complexity of the dishes still shines, not to forget the upbeat ambience of this small space. Perhaps that explains the crowd day in and out.

Moosehead is a likeable, fun place with interesting dishes. One of top choices in Singapore, if you want to escape from regular bar food.
I would say this would be a good hangout place if you would like good, somewhat different food (communal style, especially, as this is how I see it) and some booze.
