Food at Li Ji Chuan Chuan Xiang is fresh, premium, and yummy. The variety of hotpot soup bases are delicious, and the skewers are made with market fresh ingredients. Chef Ng Sen Tio (黄胜潮) heads up the kitchen, bringing exquisite fine private dining dishes to the ala-carte menu, setting Li Ji Chuan Chuan Xiang apart from all other hotpot restaurants.
